I live in a two story condo, where the only carpet is on a spiral staircase. For several years, I've had to overpay carpet cleaning companies to come out, as they've had "minimum charges." I decided to look here on Yelp for a better alternative, and came across Jeff and Pacific Green.

Jeff not only gave me a reasonable/fair price, but did a fantastic job. He honored his email quote, was prompt, responded to emails and got the job done while I worked in my home office. It was great having Jeff come by, and I will certainly continue to have him come by in the future.

I should say I have dogs, cats, bird and horses on a small ranch so our carpets, rugs and furniture take a beating. They look as good as they can get right now!

Jeff and Marcus did a fantastic job cleaning the carpets in our new house. They were on time and finished quickly.

I mentioned I did not want one room cleaned because I am eventually getting hardwood floors put in, but Jeff offered to clean it anyway since we were paying for a certain square footage to be cleaned. Above and beyond the call of duty, fantastic! They even moved the bed back and forth so I didn't need to remove it.

Jeff cleaned our carpets over the weekend and they look beautiful! We bought a house with white carpet and it shows high traffic stains very easily. We also have a toddler dropping things and running back and forth over the carpet.

Jeff and Marcus From Pacific Green Carpet Cleaning came in and made me feel so comfortable with them in my house. They are absolutely professional, competent and really, really nice. My carpets look fantastic (they are white) and the whole house smells clean and fresh. I would absolutely vouch for this company 100% - you need to call them in before the family comes over for Thanksgiving and Christmas, you will not be sorry!!

Jeff came out and cleaned a couple of rooms in no time at all. I think it took him longer to bring in the equipment in and move out some small furniture than it did to actually clean the carpets. He was very friendly. Some of the stains were never possible to be removed, but he cleaned them up pretty well.

I am so happy with the service I received from Pacific Green! Jeff arrived on time, was very professional, very hard working, and the prices are reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, or recommend them to a friend. I had my sectional cleaned, and it was very stained from baby spit-up and many unknowns! Jeff really worked to get all the stains out, he even said it took him three tries to get it all out. And now it looks amazing. I also had the carpets cleaned, and again, I am very happy with the service. And everything is non-toxic, which is so important when I have little kids in the house. So when he was done, there was no odor, no perfumed smell, no chemical odor, just the smell of nothing - exactly the way it should be.

I had Pacific Green do the house I was moving out of (wow the dirt you don't know was there until you move your furniture!) as well as the home we were buying. They did the carpets and steamed the tile. They did a TERRIFIC job and were so easy to work with . Very flexible with our ever changing escrow dates, etc.
